It has been great living here since RMW Property services took over. They fixed things that had been neglected for many years by our old landlords. I love how quickly they respond to requests.

We rented with RMW for six years before buying our first home. Joe, Mark, and the team were always transparent, quick to respond to service requests, and sent reminders to make sure insurance and filtration were up to date.

I reached out to RMW Philadelphia to inquire about their property management services, and Joe was extremely responsive and informative throughout the process. While I ultimately decided not to move forward at this time due to my own numbers being tight, I really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism. Their pricing is competitive—if not better than others I reviewed—but the timing just wasn’t right for me. Based on this experience, I would feel confident reaching out again when the timing is right.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the last year and a half living at a RMW property! Maintenance is timely, everyone in the office is friendly and my unit is updated and in a great location. I’ll be sticking with RMW for all of my rental needs.
