With 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination and more than a decade in customer service, technical support, logistics, and operations, JP brings a strong track record of efficiency and problem-solving. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Quality Management, both from La Salle University.

In property management, JP has worked with companies in Mount Vernon, WA, and Richmond, VA, and joined the RMW family in Sept 2024, where he continues to support both owners and tenants with professionalism and care.

Throughout his career, JP has also contributed his expertise to leading organizations such as Mattel, HP Enterprise Services, Bimbo Bakeries, and HSBC. As part of the La Salle Community, he played a key role as one of five Coordinators overseeing route logistics during the 5th and final visit of Pope John Paul II to Mexico.

Beyond his professional life, JP is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. His world revolves around his family and career, but when time allows, he enjoys football, reading, and immersing himself in the strange and macabre. His favorite authors, Dean Koontz and Stephen King, continue to fuel his passion for thought-provoking stories.
