Joseph, a proud South Philadelphia native, brings a lifelong passion for real estate and construction to RMW Property Services. He began working in construction at just 13 years old, spending summers learning the trade alongside his father. With his mother also deeply rooted in the industry as a real estate agent, Joseph quickly recognized the powerful wealth-building potential of real estate.

In his mid-20s, he began investing in single-family rentals across Philadelphia and has continued to expand his portfolio ever since. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Joseph transitioned from a career as a high school teacher to the world of third-party property management—channeling his skills and passion into helping investors and accidental landlords stabilize their properties, grow their portfolios, and unlock long-term financial success.

Joseph holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Eastern University, a background that strengthens his ability to lead, communicate, and build lasting relationships. As General Contractor and co-leader at RMW, he is committed to growing the company, expanding its service departments, and delivering exceptional value to clients throughout the city.
